A female’s backside is no doubt one beauty of life! It has been treasured through past generations… and it gets deeper with the realisation of its greatness and capabilities. Oh yes!  The booty can do and undo! Ok here is it. A woman’s body generally is a blessing from God. And the backside is another great entity of its own, no matter its shape or size. It is beautiful!

As a result of the increased likeness for the female backside, a lot of ways and mediums to further enhance its beauty are being introduced and carried out by women in various parts of the world. Some undergo  plastic surgeries, others take very hard drugs, injections – which have life threatening side effects. But today an exercise for this purpose has been introduced – Squats! According to those who have tried this, it does wonders!

THE SQUAT
is a full body exercise that trains primarily the muscles of the thighs, hips and buttocks, as well as strengthening the bones, ligaments and insertion of the tendons throughout the lower body. Squats are considered a vital exercise for increasing the strength and size of the legs and buttocks, as well as developing core strength. Basically, the lower back, the upper back, the abdominals, the trunk muscles, the costal muscles, and the shoulders and arms are all essential to the exercise and thus are trained when squatting with the proper form

Squat exercises are great for a total lower body workout. They effectively work most of the major muscles of the butt, hips and thighs. Squats are also a versatile exercise. They can be done in almost any location, your courtyard, front porch, even in your bedroom, with or without the use of weights or equipment!

Squats helps in toning the Legs, lifting the Butt, strengthening the core muscles of the lower body as it engages the abdominal and back muscles – which gives a tighter, flatter abdomen and a stronger lower back – thereby lifting the butt – It also increases flexibility

Mind you, you have to have a ‘backside’ to start with. If you have a flat behind you probably shouldn’t try this, squats aren’t for everyone. It does not magical give you a big butt! It firms and uplifts the one you already have. Think of it like makeup. Makeup to a naturally pretty face. Yeah, you got the picture!

Now, Squats isn’t as easy as it sounds, during the early stages, you’ll certainly encounter difficulties in moving your lower body parts, aches all over your body… I’m not trying to discourage you, but nothing good comes easy right? Do not try this exercise if you’re going to stop half way through, the results will only get you mad! But I bet you like what you see on Tv shows and music videos… of course you do!
